Two decades strong. Our ongoing relationship with Park Holidays.

Based in Bexhill, East Sussex, Park Holidays UK operates 28 holiday parks in the South of England.

It is the largest holiday park operator along the South Coast.

In addition to the operation of its parks, The company carries out conservation work in the surrounding areas, and has received the David Bellamy Conservation award for its efforts.

Park Holidays UK are also members of the British Holiday and Home Parks Association (BH&HPA) and the National Caravan Council. The latter has bestowed its coveted ‘Approved Holiday Park’ award on all of Park’s sites.

RELATIONSHIP PROFILE

Brentwood Radio’s supplier relationship with Park Holidays dates back for close to two decades with the company, under its founders Peter Bull and Jim Watson, hiring its full equipment requirement from us for many years.

In recent years, however, Brentwood has been pleased to accommodate Park’s desire to switch business models, with the company purchasing from Brentwood the  full inventory of radio equipment in use across its parks estate.

Brentwood continues to support the existing equipment, as well as specifying, supplying and commissioning upgrades or additions to the inventory.

In addition, Brentwood manages and maintains all Ofcom Licenses on Park’s behalf.

Where new licenses are required, Brentwood makes the licensing application, completing  payment on Park’s behalf to expedite licensing and recharging this at a later date.

When license renewals are due, renewal alert letters are sent directly to Brentwood. We then confirm authority to renew with Park’s site and head office, before again making a rechargeable payment on their behalf.

DELIVERY

Brentwood services all 28 of Park’s holiday parks, carrying out annual service checks at each site to ensure quality of coverage as well as to check on condition of all of the client-owned hardware.

Where upgrades or replacements are needed, we will specify and supply these by agreement with Park.

Our team are also available to Park’s site management at all times to assist with technical difficulties or coverage problems that may arise.
