TMS Group, the London-based employment and cost solutions provider with enjoys a strong reputation in the automotive sector, has announced the launch of a specialist automotive recruitment consultancy, TMS Recruit.

The new operation is a dedicated recruitment service focused on the provision of quality senior management, line managers and showroom and workshop staff to dealerships, garages and groups across the UK.

The new business will provide showroom and garage operators with expert, personal consultancy, as well as online facilities to review candidates.

TMS Recruit will recruit for showroom and workshop positions at all levels, as well as for line Managers and Senior Management team members. TMS believes its reputation and connections throughout the industry give it particular strength in the recruitment of Management.

For candidates, TMS Recruit will offer personal and hands-on career guidance and job-search consultancy, as well as online job search facilities.

TMS Recruit is to be headed jointly by automotive industry veteran Marc Eden, formerly responsible for Employee Engagement and Internal Communications at General Motors UK Limited, and the highly experienced, former Adecco recruitment and human resources specialist, Beverley Lewis.

Eden and Lewis will be supported in the development of TMS Recruit by the TMS Group management team, led by Glassar.

TMS Recruit launched on 6 January 2014, and reports a warm initial reception from both new and existing contacts within the automotive sector.
