Who are Acorn?
Acorn Property Invest is the investment division of Acorn Property Group, one of the UK’s most respected residential and commercial developers. Our aim is to provide investment products with the potential to deliver investors exceptional security with highly attractive returns. To this end, we offer core investment products designed for both capital growth and regular income, and suited to needs of individuals seeking to invest for the short, medium or longer term.
Since we branded our investment division as Acorn Property Invest in 2019, we have offered investors the opportunity to invest directly (and so share profits as well as earning a fixed rate annual return) into the financing of 14 developments with a total value of almost £400m.
How it works
1st step When you invest with us, your money is made available under strictly managed financing terms to development companies within the Acorn Property Group, which has successfully developed residential homes in London and the South West of England and South Wales for almost 30 years.
2nd step The money you have invested is used to provide financing to enable one or more (depending on which of our investment products you choose) of the developments on which they are embarked.
3rd step With ‘direct’ access to financing from investors in this way, the company is able to avoid reliance on costly (and often restrictive) finance from commercial lenders, and can instead return favourable rates of interest to those investors.
