In collaboration with the consulting firm Capco, I wrote the full site content for this 2014 relaunch of Harrods Bank, the retail banking arm of the prestigious Harrods department store. Our aim is to provide our customers with a portfolio of products capable of meeting their Personal banking, savings and borrowing needs, and to support these with the level of attentive customer service for which the bank is renowned.
We recognise that each of our customers will have individual personal banking needs, and so provide an array of services designed to satisfy these.
We offer a choice of two Current Accounts, intended for day to day banking and management of expenditure, as well as an efficient and competitive Foreign Currency service.
A range of six Deposit Accounts offers flexible options for withdrawal notice and favourable rates of interest. In addition, a Children’s Savings Account enables parents, grandparents and guardians to establish a savings nest egg for a child under the age of 16.
Our Deposit Accounts are complemented by a range of Gold Bullion products which includes Investment Bars and Bullion Coins.
We provide for customers’ borrowing needs with loans, overdrafts and mortgage lending which can be tailored to meet personal and specific requirements.
