This is a complete brand proposition temple and value statement exercise for the investment arm of a well-regarded UK property development company. The exercise comprises both development of a brand ‘temple’ diagramatic, distilling down every key component of the brand’s makeup into an overarching brand proposition. From this, I’m then able to write the value statement, which enshrines whatever it is that gives the company it’s distinct persona. I write this statement at three different lengths (the full length version shown here, plus two successively shorter versions), ensuring one appropriate for almost any usage situation. OUR VALUE STATEMENT
Acorn Property Invest is an unregulated investment company, providing investors with a range of high-interest, fixed term investment products, backed by corporate guarantee.
As a constituent company of Acorn Property Group, our deployment of funds is wholly into the provision of mezzanine financing, which enables the development process for the residential development companies within our Group.
We are committed to delivering strong returns for our investors, while providing them with an attractive, alternative exposure to the UK property market. In doing this, we maintain the standards and values which Acorn Property Group has upheld for more than three decades.
We take pride in our outstanding performance record, with some £380m returned to investors by Acorn Property Invest (and directly to private investors participating outside of API) over the last decade. Our presence in the market is underpinned by the financial resilience and corporate standing of our parent Group, and by the excellence of management at both company and Group level.
We combine a flexible and dynamic approach to deployment of invested capital with development of quality investment products, and continue to innovate our product offering in line with market trends. All our products are backed by the first line security of the Acorn Property Group’s corporate guarantee and, ultimately, by the asset value of its real estate holdings.
