I do great deal of work as a Website Planner. This work sits somewhere between a pure consulting role and my regular work as a web content writer.
Usually, I will be asked to work on the information architecture and plan out the structure of the site before it goes anywhere near developers. I’m also frequently asked to review and replan sites which have been poorly organised to begin with and so are performing poorly.
