These are samples of my work as a Press Release Copywriter, Article Copywriter and White Paper Copywriter. News sites and journalists have an insatiable need for stories, and a good release, like a good article, will get widespread and relatively low cost coverage. The most important element for a press release is to have a subject that's actually worth talking about (e.g. a new product, a merger, a big account win, a key hiring, an exciting new offer etc), while an article requires both an interesting subject and an engaging angle or point of view. Alongside these, white papers lend depth and authority to a brand, illuminating an area of interest to a company's audience with an extended piece of greater or lesser academic weifght, depending on the situation.
