Some background on copywriter Laurence Blume

I'm an experienced professional copywriter. I've been in freelance practice since 2000, having spent the 18 years prior to this working at some of the top marketing services companies in the UK as a copywriter and Creative Director.

This means that you and your project benefit from experience gained writing for companies like Marks and Spencer, Panasonic, The BBC, The Guardian, Goldman Sachs, Norwich Union and Unilever.

It also explains how it is that the role I fill for clients often extends some way beyond copywriting.

I try to be responsive and easy to work with, and I take a thoughtful, intelligent approach to understanding your business objectives.

I have a thorough commercial understanding and a deep knowledge of marketing as applicable to both smaller and large companies. I understand about brands and the inter-relationship between service/product and brand, and I take enormous care when writing to apply my understanding to the needs and expectations of your target readership.
